The sign shall be 6' x 4' , and the top shall be 8' from the ground. It shall be constructed in accordance with the sketch submitted with the application. It shall be located on the center island, approximately 25 feet back from Sullivan Avenue, as shown on the plan submitted with the applications. It shall be internally lit from dusk to dawn since the self-store business is open 24 hours a day.
