Dear Mr D'Auria:
Attached is a copy of an application that was heard at the Zoning Board of
Appeals meeting on May 1, 1986, There seems to be a discrepancy between
the site plan submitted with the application and the owner's concept of the
property. According to Mr Marouski, he has a lot of record similar to
what is sketched on the attached plan with 125 foot of frontage,
Would ,you please check the land records to see if the lot in question does,
in fact, exist We will be holding a special meeting on May 22, 1986, and
would like to have the information by then,
If you have any questions on this matter, I can be reached during business
hours at 727-7058.
Very truly yours,

CERTIFIED MAIL
Mr. Anthony P. Marouski
175) Clark Street
South Windsor, CT 015074
Dear Mr. Marouski:
This is to notify you that your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board
of Appeals to allow two lots with less than the required frontage at property
located on the west side of Clark Street, as shown on the subdivision plan
submitted with the application, has been granted. This approval is contingent
on your extending the existing house lot to the northeastern boundary of lot
#2, as shown on said subdivision plain submitted with the application, thereby
reducing the non-compliance of the existing house lot.
In granting this variance, the Board noted the configuration of the property,
and that all area requirements of the RR Zone ;were being met It was also
noted that other properties on Clark Street have 150 foot frontage rather than
the required 175 feet.
This action is effective June 6, 1986, and apon your filing of the enclosed
form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,
