Attention: Mr. Earl Smith
Building Ccamanittee Chairman
Reference: ZBA Application #1819-88
Dear Mr. Smith:
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on June 2, 1988, a
variance to Section 3.10.3 of the Zoning Regulations to allow expansion
of a non-conforming building located at 1790 Ellington Road, South Windsor,
Cr. , was granted.
The Board noted that the addition would not encrouch on the building line
and would not make it any more non-conforming the it was as the south
west corner of this brick structure is closer to the road than it should
be. The Board also noted that there was no opposition to this appeal.
This action is effective June 17, 1988, and upon ya!lr filing of the enclosed
form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,
Richard H. Eriksson
