Dear Sir: Re: Application #1818-88
Thomas J. Juknis for variance to
allow a greenhouse and vegetable
stand on Sullivan Ivenue.
Hearing date: June 2, 1988
In the event I am unable to attend the hearing on the above application,
I want to go on record as being opposed to said application for the
following reasons:
My home at 1164 Sullivan Avenue is located directly across
the street from the property (Lot #2) contained in the
application. A greenhouse and stand in this area would
decrease the valueFef my home.
According to the site plan, the parking area would be
located in front of my home. I would get all of the
dirt, noise and commotion from the business.
Hazardous conditions on Sullivan Ave. caused by heavy flow
of traffic. I have difficulty getting out of my driveway
now. Traffic is often backed up from the light at the
junction of Pierce Road and Sullivan Xv* beyond my driveway.
I believe a stand and greenhouse in this area would create further in—
convenience and hazardous conditions.
Respectfully submitted,
ai' 61,
Faith C. Martin
