Therefore , we are 3eguest;ng the South Windsor Zoning Board to grant a variance for a new sign at this new location for Shea Florists , Inc . The house is situated approximately 90 feet from the Route 30 pavement . Our prior- ZBA approval restricted the sign to a maximum of 40 feet from the building line , which would be in the middle of our future parking lot, and infeasible .
