Dear Mr. Reichle:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals will
be heard at a public hearing on September 4 , 1986 at 7 : 30 p .m. in
the Council Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall , 1540 Sullivan
Avenue, South Windsor . Someone must be present at the hearing to
represent the application.
Included in the $35 . 00 application fee is the cost of a sign to
advertise that a public hearing will be held regarding this property.
This sign can be picked up at the Planning Department at the South
Windsor Town Hall , and must be displayed on the property at least

Dear Mr. Reichle:
This is to notify you that the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals voted to
grant you renewal of a two-year temporary and conditional permit to operate a
greenhouse at property located on the south side of Oakland Road, adjacent to
the Mobil Gas Station, South Windsor. All previous conditions of approval
shall remain in full force and effect.
The Board noted that the permit for the 8' x 7' sign has also expired. If in
the future you decide to erect this sign, it will be necessary for you to apply
for an additional temporary and conditional permit for it.
This action is effective September 19, 1986.
