Siracusa 87 Wedgewood Drive Manchester, CT 06040 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Siracusa: This is to notify you that the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals voted to grant your request for a two-year temporary and conditional permit for an in-family apartment to be located on lot No. 117, Mountain View Estates, Natsisky Farm Road, South Windsor, Connectiuct. This apartment shall be constructed in accordance with the plans submitted by you (drawn by GDL 11-17-86) and made a part of this application. In granting this permit the Board noted that this is a family situation and approval does not make this property income producing. If the family situation should change, the home will have to be restored to a one-family condition. The Board also noted that the area between the main house and the addition is designed so that it can be easily removed, thereby effectively joining the additional living space and the main structure. This action is effective December 30, 1986. The permit will have to be renewed in two years.
