Both parents have severe health problems and need to be monitored frequently. Mrs . Beaulier has schlerderma and Mr. Beaulier has a heart condition. We feel having them close to us will give us all a sense of reassurance and security. We cannot build onto our existing house because we are too close to the neighbors on one side, our septic field is on the other side and our well is in the back. Therefore it is not possible to add onto our house. We would, however, like to utilize the existing space over our garage and make them a small apartment. If in the near future something should happen to either or both parents we understand that the apartment cannot be rented and it may be requested that the plumbing, etc. be removed.
