8. The applicant, or his representative, must be present for the Public
Hearing, the time, date and place to be advised by mail.
9. Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department
or Building Department at the Town Hall.

I will purchase this small parcel from Mr. Robert W. Skinner if the Zoning
board of Appeals grants this variance, (to be combined with my house lot) .
A small woodworking shop will be constructed on the existing foundation to
the rear of my home. I will be the only employee , and will continue to
reside in the house. Noise will be confined to the shop itself. If granted,
I will seek subdivision (to combine the parcels) and site plan approvals from
the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals will be heard
at a public hearing on Thursday, May 9, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor.
Someone must be present at the hearing to represent the application.
Because this is a new application, a new application fee is required. If
you still have the sign from last month, the cost will be $30. Please submit
this either to the Planning Department at the South Windsor Town Hall or the
night of the hearing. The sign must be displayed on the property at least 10

square feet directly above Design Kitchens for the past seven
years. We have an in-house staff of six, which includes three
secretaries, two salesmen and one shipping clerk. Most of our
business is done nation-wide via telephone.
Considering that there is only 3" of flooring between our businesses ,
our staff have not been troubled by any environmental nuisances
(i .e. dust, noise, odors) from Mr. Lewis ' business.
