Gates 249 Lawrence Road South Windsor, CT 06074 Dear MR. and Mrs. Gates: This is to advise you that the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals voted to grant your application for a variance to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Regulations to allow two lots with less than the required lot width on property located at 249 and 259 Lawrence Road, South Windsor (RR Zone) . In granting this approval the Board noted that the two lots pre-dated zoning. In addition, this variance is not making the frontage of the lots anymore non-conforming than before by the redrawing of the boundary lines. This action is effective June 22, 1984 and upon filing of a form in the Town Clerk's Office in accordance with Public Act 75-317.
