with the application showing streets, lot lines, building lines, zone
boundary lines, dimensions and buildings present and proposed, and
buildings_ on adjacent properties and distance from subject property.
7. If a variance is being requested, a legal description of the property
must be submitted with the application. (Obtained from mortgage records) .
8. The applicant, or his representative, must be present for the Public
Hearing, the time, date and place to be advised by mail.
9. Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department
or Building Department at the Town Hall.

Gentlemen:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals will be heard
at a public hearing on Thursday, April 4, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor.
Someone must be present to represent the application.
The sign purchased from the Building Department must be displayed on the
property at least 10 days prior to the public hearing in a location visible
from all public streets.
Enclosed is a receipt for the application fee of $35.

Gentlemen:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting
renewal of a temporary and conditional permit to allow 5 direction signs
(14" x 41) to direct customers to pick-your-own strawberry fields at
various locations for the June 1, to July 15, 1985 season and the June 1,
to July 15, 1986 season, has been granted.
The Board noted that all of the locations for the signs are the same as in
the past except the one on the corner of Ellington Road and Chapel Road
which has been moved across the street to Ed Steben's property. In granting
this approval the Board noted that all previous conditions of approval shall
remain in full force and effect.
This action is effective April 19, 1985.
