The view of the building is obstructed by high vegetation to Southbound traffic. The speed at which Northbound vehicles will be traveling will make it difficult to locate the business. This sign would allow for adequate lead time for customers to prepare for turning and to signal following traffic. Dated this wji Fourteenth ay of February i9 85 APPLICANT .
