CERTIFIED MAIL
Mr. Michael Giguere
374 Abby Road Extension
South Windsor, CT 06074
Dear Mr. Giguere:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting
a temporary and conditional permit for nine-month storage of a 32-foot
trailer on property located at 374 Abby Road Extension (RR Zone) , has
been denied.
In denying this application the Board noted that storage of household
goods in a trailer is in violation of the zoning regulations of the
Town of South Windsor. There are temporary storage areas elsewhere
in Town for this purpose.
This action is effective January 18, 1985.
Very truly yours,
Thomas Murrin, Chairman
Zoning Board of Appeals
