8. The applicant, or his representative, must be present for the Public
Hearing, the time, date and place to be advised by mail.

South Windsor Garage has been in existence for may years at its present
location. It has had a general repairer' s license and has recently
changed from an individually owned business to a corporation. The State of
Connecticut requires a new filing for the general repairer' s license and
the applicant desires to add the right to sell used cars. See attached map
indicating the premises and location of the parking facilities.

Dear Attorney Grace:
The application of South Windsor Garage, Inc. to the Zoning Board of
Appeals will be heard at a public hearing on Thursday, September 6,
1984 at 7:30 p.m in the Council Chambers of the South Windsor Town
Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor. Someone must be present
to represent the appli-cation.
The sign purchased from the Building Department must be displayed on
the property at least 10 days prior to the public hearing in a location
visible from all public streets.
Enclosed is a receipt for the application fee of $30. and the $5.
cost of the sign.

Dear Attorney Grace:
The application of South Windsor Garage, Inc. to the Zoning Board
of Appeals requesting a State Hearing under Section 14-55 of the
General Statutes for approval of a used car dealer's license. on
property located at 1179 John Fitch Boulevard and owned by Eva
A. Montano and Rocco E. Montano has been granted.
The Board voted to approve this used car dealership for a maximum
of six cars to be parked behind the building line. This approval
is also subject to site plan approval by the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
This action is effective September 22, 1984.
