Dear Mr. and Mrs. Andre:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals will be heard
at a public hearing on Thursday, September 5, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor.
Someone must be present at the hearing to represent the application.
Included in the $35. application fee is the cost of a sign to advertise that
a public hearing is being held regarding this property. This sign can be
picked up at the Planning Department at the South Windsor Town Hall and must
be displayed on the property at least 10 days prior to the public hearing
in a location visible from all public streets.
The application submitted was incomplete. A legal description of the property
was not included. This infofmation can be obtained from mortgage records.
No approved variance can become effective without it, so please submit it to
the secretary the night of the hearing.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Andre:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a
variance to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Regulations to allow a swimming pool
closer to the sideline than permitted (13 foot variance) , has been granted.
In granting this variance the Board noted the grade of the land and the potential
hazard to the structure of the pool if the contours are changed. It was also
noted that this is a corner lot and has a front yard set back requirement rather
than a side yard requirement.
This action is effective September 20, 1985, and upon your filing the enclosed
form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own, expense.
