ALL ITEMS MUST BE ANSWERED AND ALL SUPPLEMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED. THE APPLICATION WILL BE
RETURNED IF INCOMPLETE.
- The application and supplements must be filed in duplicate.
- The application must be typewritten or printed in ink.
- A Class D or better survey of the property in question must be submitted with the application,
showing streets, lot lines, building lines, zone boundary lines, dimensions, and buildings
present or proposed, and buildings on adjacent properties and distance from subject property.
- If a variance is being requested, a legal description of the property must be submitted with
the application. This description can be obtained from mortgage records.
- The sign purchased from the Planning Department must be displayed on the property at least 10
days prior to the public hearing in a location visible from all abutting streets.
- The applicant, or a representative, must be present for the public hearing. The time, date
and place of the hearing will be advised by mail.
- Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department or Building Department
at the South Windsor Town Hall.

Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals will be heard at
a public hearing on Thursday, April 3, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor. Someone
must be present at the hearing to represent the application.

This is to advise ycu that the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals voted to
grant a 6 foot variance to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Regulations to allow
a building addition within the required side yard at property located at 233
Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor (I Zone) .
In granting this variance the Board noted that the triangular-shaped lot created
a hardship. It was also noted that this property is abutted by a driveway on
the side where the variance is being requested.
This variance is effective April 18, 1986 and upon your filing of the enclosed
form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own expense.
