Your application to the South 6,,indsor /Zoning Board of Appeals will be heard at
a public hearing on Thursday, April 3, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the South Windsor Town Mall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South b'lindsor. Someone must
be present at the hearing to represent the application.
Included in the $35. application fee is the cost cf a sign to advertise that a
Public hearing .rill be held regarding tr-iis property. This sign can be picked up
at the Planning Department at the South Windsor' Town Hall and must be displayed on

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Curtin:
This is to notify you tnat the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals voted to
grant a 9 foot variance to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Regulations to allow a garage
within the required side yard at property located at 2296 Ellington Road, South
Windsor (RR Zone) .
In granting this variance the Board noted that this lot is very narrow, and
the house is already encroaching onto the required side yard. The garage addition
will encroach only slightly more. It was also noted that there was no other
location on the lot to build the garage.
This action is effective April 18, 1986 and upon your filing the enclosed form
in the Town Clerk's Office at your own expense.
