6. A Class D or better survey of the property in question must be submitted
with the application showing streets, lot lines, building lines, zone
boundary lines, dimensions and buildings present and proposed, and
buildings_ on adjacent properties and distance from subject property.
7. If a variance is being requested, a legal description of the property
must be submitted with the application. (Obtained from mortgage records) .
8. The applicant, or his representative, must be present for the Public
Hearing, the time, date and place to be advised by mail.
9. Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department
or Building Department at the Town Hall.

heard at a public hearing on Thursday, April 5, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan
Avenue, South Windsor. You, or someone representing you, must be
present.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kuehnel:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting
a variance to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Regulations to allow a 10' x 26'
addition within the required side yard (10-foot variance), on property
located at 10 Barber Hill Road, South Windsor (RR Zone), has been granted.
In granting this appeal the Board noted that the location of the well in
the back yard made it impossible to put this addition to the rear of the
house. The Board recommended that as many of the pine trees on the side
yard as possible be saved.
This action is effective April 18, 1984 and upon filing of the enclosed
form in the Town Clerk's Office.
