Nutmeg Road North COMMENTS: 1 . Peter R. DeMallie, of Design Professionals, Inc. , has signed the application as, "Agent for applicant and owner" . Item C of the application form states, "if the applicant is not the owner of the subject property, a letter by the property owner(s ) authorizing the proposed- regulated activity set forth in the application must accompany this form and will be part of the application. A letter should be submitted: 2 . Item G, of the application form, indicates abutting property owner has been notified by certified mail that an application is pending before the Agency. A sample copy of the letter and verification of the date it was sent out should be submitted. Section 7 . 3b of the Regulations states this shall be done, "within seven (7 ) calendar days of the time the application is submitted" . The application was submitted on August 20, 1993 . 3 . It would appear that there are no regulated wetlands on this site. A reference to the Official Inland- Wetlands and Watercourses Map, Town of South Windsor, 1984 should be included on the plans; as well as a note that there are no regulated wetlands . 4 . A construction entrance is shown off Nutmeg Road North. The proposed silt fence along Governor's Highway should be continued across this proposed entrance to the site.. A note should be included on the plans stating construction vehicles should enter and exit the site via Nutmeg Road North only. 5 . The detention basin will include a mix of wetland type plantings.
