Curbing on the north side of the site should extend to the westerly end of the proposed ' pavement. 2. Drainage calculations should be provided. A drainage map was included that shows an increase of .8 cfs for the proposed work. What year storm is this for and what effect will this have downstream? 3 . Please be advised that the above referenced application for site plan has been approved with modifications . This approval is based on plans prepared by J.R. Russo & Associates, dated 7/28/93, and revised 8/9/93 with the following modification: 1 . All plans used in the field by the developer must bear the stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South Windsor. 2 . Building permit must be obtained prior to start of construction. 3 . Concrete sidewalks should have expansion joints 15, on • center. 4 . Screening must be provided around the dumpster. Black and White transparent mylar of Sheet 1 with this approval letter reproduced on it must be submitted to the Planning Department for endorsement.
