The property is in an isolated, private area at the end of a cul-de-sac. We feel
this is a unique property and situation. Our want for a riding horse prompted us to
purchase the property. It is approx. 5.4 acres extending over the A-20, RR, and FP
zones. The existing barn is in the A-2n zone_, and is suitable for the ,proposed uye
