Mr. and Mrs. Arthur D. Williams
23 Bancroft Road
Vernon, CT 06066
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Williams:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
requesting a variance to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Regulations
to allow construction of a single family house on a lot with
approximately 8.4 acres of land owned by John Segevick and
located on the north side of Miller Road with 80 feet frontage,
more or less, on Miller Road, South Windsor (RR Zone) , has
been granted, subject to the following:
1. The house shall be set back a minimum of 350 feet from the
north side of Miller Road.
2. This 8.4 acres shall be considered one lot and shall be
limited to construction of one single-family house.
3. Entrance and exit to this property shall be only through
the central right-of-way.
In granting this approval the Board noted that houses on
large lots without adequate frontage had been allowed in other
sections of town, and also that there were no objections from
neighbors in the area.
This action is effective March 16, 1983 and upon filing the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk' s Office.
Very truly yours,
Robert Warren, Acting-Chairman
Zoning Board of Appeals
