boundary lines, dimensions and buildings present and proposed, and

7. If a variance is being requested, a legal description of the property
must be submitted with the application. (Obtained. from mortgage records) •
8. The applicant, or his representative, must be present for the Public
Hearing, the time, date and place to be advised by mail.
9. Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department
or Building Department at the Town Hall.

requesting a variance to Section 5.2 of the Zoning Regulations
to allow a 17-foot front line variance which parallels
Ellington Road on property located at 454 Ellington Road,
South Windsor (RC Zone) , has been granted.
The Board voted to grant this application because of the
need to expand the business and the corner lot configuration
which makes expansion without a variance impossible .
This action is effective March 16, 1983 and upon filing of
the enclosed form in the Town Clerk' s Office .
