buildings on adjacent properties and distance from subject property.
7. If a variance is being requested, a legal description of the property
must be submitted with the application. (Obtained from mortgage records) .
8. The applicant, or his representative, must be present for the Public
Hearing, the time, date and place to be advised by mail.
9. Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department
or Building Department at the Town Hall.

Dear Mr, Tartsinis:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
will be heard at a public hearing on December 2, 1982 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the South Windsor
Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor. You, or
someone representing you, must be present.
The sign purchased from-the Building Department must be
displayed on the property at least 10 days prior to the
public hearing in a location visible from all public streets.
Please provide two copies of the site plan and a legal
description of the property in question prior to December
2, 1982 or the application cannot be heard that evening.
Enclosed is a receipt for the $30. application fee and $50
cost of the sign that was submitted by Lucek Engineering
Associates, Inc.

Dear Mr. Tartsinis:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
requesting a variance to Section 4.4.3 of the Zoning Regulations
to allow a free-standing sign, in addition to a wall sign, on
property located at 855 Sullivan Avenue, adjacent to the
Dairy Queen, South Windsor (GC Zone), has been granted.
The sign shall not exceed 75 square feet in area. The height
of the sign shall not be more than 20 feet, and the bottom
of the sign shall be at least 10 feet off the ground. . The
sign shall be internally lit, non-flashing, and shall be on
no later than one-half hour- after closing of the restaurant.
In granting this approval, the Board noted the fast-moving
traffic on Sullivan Avenue which makes visibility difficult,
and that this sign is consistent with what has been allowed
in the area in the past.
This action is effective December 15, 1982, and upon filing
of the enclosed form in the Town Clerk' s Office.

must be filed in the Town Clerk' s Office is not enclosed.
I will need the legal description of the property before

in the Town Clerk' s -office.
