Gentlemen:
Please be advised that this office represents Daniel Esposito,
a prospective purchaser of the above-captioned property.
I enclose an application, in triplicate, and a check in the
amount of $35.00 to cover the cost of the application fee in
order to be placed upon the agenda for your next meeting on
October 7 , 1982. I request that your Board hear our application
for permission to have a General Repairer's License and to sell
gasoline at this location. We also seek approval of this location
for each of the above.
It is my understanding that you will be notifying us by mail
in connection with the time of the hearing that evening.

The application of Daniel Esposito to the South Windsor Zoning
Board of Appeals will be heard at a public hearing on October
7, 1982 at 7 :30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the South Windsor
Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor. Someone must
be present to represent this application.
The sign purchased from the Planning Department must be displayed

The application of Daniel Esposito to the South Windsor Zoning
Board of Appeals requesting approval under 14-321 and 14-54
of the General Statutes for a General Repairer' s License and
sale of gasoline on premises known as 856 Sullivan Avenue,
South Windsor, has been granted, upon the condition that out-
side storage of more than four vehicles from one. working day
to the next be prohibited.
This action is effective October 20, 1982 and upon filing of
the enclosed form in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town
of South Windsor.

Description of 856 Sullivan Avenue , South Windsor , Connecticut as`
a certain piece or parcel of land located in the Town
of South Windsor , County of Hartford and State of Connecticut
on the northeasterly side of Sullivan Avenue , so-called ,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows , to
wit :
Commencing at a point set in the northeasterly boundary
of said Sullivan Avenue , which point marks the southeasterly
corner of premise owned now or formerly of Robert W. Sharp
and which point is marked by an iron pin; thence moving in a
northeasterly direction along the southeasterly boundary of
said premises of said Sharp , a distance of one hundred fifty
(150) feet to an iron pin; thence moving in a southeasterly
direction along land now or formerly of George Mellen and
Julius Larman and at an interior angle of 90° , a distance of .
on hundred seventy-five (175) feet to a point marked by an,
iron pin; thence moving southwesterly in a straight line at
