Someone must be present to represent the application at this hearing. A sign must be purchased from the Planning Department and must be displayed on the property at least 10 days prior to the public hearing in a location visible from all public streets. The cost of this sign is $5. Also , a $30 . application fee must be submitted no later than at the hearing. Please obtain a legal description of the property in question as well as the names of the owners of record and submit it at the hearing.
