The animals to be kept shall be limited to three (3) calves, i.e. , cattle under one-year old. 2. These animals shall be restricted to the rear yard of the premises, and fencing shall be provided to keep them forty (40) feet from any of the neighbor' s side or rear yards and one hundred (100) feet from any dwelling located on an adjacent property.
