Anna pilken 1075 pleasant Valley Road South Windsor, CT 06074 Re: Application #1442-81 Dear Miss Marouski and Mrs. Pilken: Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance to Section 5. 2 of the Zoning Regulations to allow construction of a two-car garage within the required side yard on premises known as 1075 pleasant Valley Road, RR Zone, has been granted. The Board voted to grant this application because the existing house on a corner lot is 4.17 feet away from the street line, pre-existing zoning, and the most logical location for the new garage to replace the barn destroyed by fire, without disturbing trees or an existing well, requires the 25-foot variance . ' The Board also noted that if the garage were placed facing Pleasant Valley Road, it would prohibit rebuilding of the house (if this ever became necessary) in conformance with the Zoning requirements.
