King Street between 736 and 770 N. King Street, Zone A-40, has been granted In granting this approval the Board noted that the dwelling to be moved would conform with the . front and side yard requirements and any historical requirements that may be pertinent. It was also noted that the square footage of the dwelling is over 1700 square feet, but the center fireplace reduces the usable square footage to 1500 square feet.
