In granting this appeal, g g pp , the Board noted that the addition of a garage would make the dwelling in conformance with the garage requirement in the Zoning Regulations and that even a single- car garage contiguous with the house would require a variance. In addition, on corner lots with a front yard set-back requirement on each street, the Board has found it suitable to vary the requirement for construction of a garage .
