The Board voted to grant this application because it is not out of harmony with the general purpose and intent of the zoning laws and regulations since the lot size provides a more than adequate buffer or separation between residences, and the public health, safety, convenience, welfare and property values are protected and not harmed.. This variance is conditioned upon the following: 1. An application must be submitted to Planning and Zoning and approved by Planning and Zoning for the housing of any livestock, specifically for the approval and housing and/or fencing for such livestock. 2. The establishment of a theoretical building line of 150 feet behind the real property lines of the properties along Griffin Road.
