The Board voted to grant this application because it felt to use this parcel for a single family dwelling was the best use of a landlocked parcel. The -variance is conditioned upon Inland-'Abtlands approval, if applicable. If it is not applicable, it is conditioned upon site plan approval of the Planning and Zoning Ccur►ission.
