South Windsor, Connecticut 06074 Re: Application No. 1378-80 Dear Mr. Reeves: Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Section 5, Article 5.2 to allow construction beyond the building line on premises 112 Oak Street, Zone A-20 has been granted. The Board voted to grant this application because there is little likelihood of the street being developed and its existence as a "paper street" creates a hardship upon your lot by imposing a 50' building line in your side yard without necessity therefore and corner lots are routinely approved for variance when no traffic hazard is created or diminishing of neighboring property values would result.
