The Board granted the permit subject to the following conditions: 1. The tenporary and conditional permit is limited to two years to allow the mother and grandmother to reside at premises. 2. If the mother and grandmother cease to reside at the premises- the residence must be restored to a conforming one-family residence and all sinks, ranges or structural modifications must be removed. 3. No exterior modifications will be made. 4. The plans filed as of the date of the meeting, March 6, 1980, shall be followed in building the kitchenette. This application is approved until March 19, 1982. If an extension is necessary, you will have to apply for a new permit approximately ninety (90) days before the expiration date.
