The Board voted to grant this application because they felt public convenience and welfare will be substantially served, the appropriate use of neighboring property will not be substantially or permanently injured and traffic and other hazards will not result from such use. The application was granted subject to the following conditions: 1. There shall be no exterior alterations to the building. 2. There shall be no storage of flammable materials. 3. No business is to be operated from the premises. 4. It shall be for dead storage of vehicles and parts only. This application is approved until November 1, 1981.
