Re: Application No. 1350-79
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
requesting a variance of Article 5.23, Section 5, to allow construction
closer to the side and front building lines than permitted on premises
known as 488 Miller Road, in an RR zone, has been granted. The variances
will be for 13' on the front building line, and 8.5' on the west side.
The Board felt the variances should be granted since the requirements in
this zone have been changed since the house was constructed, and noted that
it was in keeping with the area, and none of the neighbors objected.
This action is effective on January 16th, and upon filing the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office.
