The variance will be for 24.26' on the width at the building line on the lot designated as Lot #4 on a survey prepared by Reino E. Hyyppa & Associates, dated November 7, 1979. The Board felt that there is an existing subdivision and allowing this lot with 150.74' width is insignificant when viewed against the 175' required. The enclosed form must be completed by inserting the legal description of the property in question, and inserting the name of the owner, and filed in the office of the Town Clerk after it has been signed by the Chairman of the Zoning Board.
