The Board felt the variance should be granted since there is a right-of- way, 10 feet in width, on its southerly boundary which benefits the parcel to the south. The variance will permit the 10' piece of land to be transferred to the adjoining property owner, and the frontage of your land will be 109. 5 feet instead of 119. 5 feet, and the frontage of the adjoining property owner will be 110 feet instead of 100 feet.
