Application No. 1338-79 The above application to the Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 5, Section 5.2, to allow a building lot with less than required frontage on premises on the north side of Ellington Road,in an RR Zone, has been granted. The variance will be for 14.5' on the front line as shown on the map submitted with this application, and is subject to approval of a site plan of development by the Planning & Zoning Commission, The Board felt granting this variance would not substantially change or alter the character of the neighborhood, and noted that this was the only lot in the area where the house could be moved.
