Appeals requesting a variance of Article 5.2, Section 5, to allow two lots with less than the required frontage on premises known as 1465 Main Street, in an A-40 zone, has been granted. The Board unanimously voted to grant the variance since the land is not usable in its present condition, and the proposed use is not inconsistent with the surrounding area or lot sizes in the immediate vicinity.
