Dear Mr. Olson: Re : Application No. 1333-79 Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 5.2, Section 5, to allow construction of a garage closer to the rear line than permitted on premises known as 575 Rye Street, in an A-20 zone, has been granted. The variance will be for 25 f t. on the rear line permitting the garage to be constructed 15 f t. from the line* A buffer zone must be maintained between the garage and the rear property owned by Mr. Aniello. The Board felt the variance should be granted since your lot is a corner lot and heavily wooded; because of the location of the septic system; and because of the past commercial use of this property. The enclosed form must be completed by inserting the legal description of your property (which can be taken from the Deed) and the name of the owner. Please return the form in the enclosed envelope and after it is signed it will be returned to you for recording in the Town Clerk's office.
