The Board feels the fence is necessary to protect the children, and because of the close location of the house to the road the Board feels there is a hardship. This action is effective July 25, 1979. The form we previously sent you must be completed by inserting the legal description of the property and the name . of the owner, and returned to us for the Chairman's signature, and then you must file it in the Town Clerk's Office before this variance become effective.
