Box 306 South Windsor, Conn. 06074 Gentlemen: Re: Application No. 1322-79 The above application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 4.20 Section5, to allow construction closer to the rear property line than permitted on premises on Jeffrey Road, in an I Zone, has been granted. The variance will be for 15' allowing construction of a building 10' from the rear line, in accordance with a survey dated May 15, 1979 prepared by Emil W. Lucek Associates and submitted with the application, and is conditioned upon approval of a site plan of development by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Board felt the distance from the interior- edge ofthe cul-de- sac de-- sac to the 35 foot building line reduces the buildable the lot and a hardship is created through the configuration of the lot along the cul-de-sac. In addition, if the proposed building were not moved back it would severely limit access to the existing building.
