Spielman 104 Snipsic Lake Rd, Ellington, Ct. 06029 Dear Mr. Spielman: Re: App. No. 1311-79 Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a temporary and conditional permit from July lst to September loth pursuant to article 4.1.49 item (b) to allow a roadside stand on premises on Oakland Road known as the Norman Peterson Farm, in an RC zone, has been granted. The Board felt the proposed use was not inconsistent with the location of this property, and the public convenience and welfare will be substantially served and the neighboring property will not be substantially or permanently injured and traffic and other hazards will not result from such use. The permit is granted from July 1st to September lotht for the hours of 9 a. m. to 6 p. m. and the posting of one sign, approximately 3' x 4' will be permitted.
