Windsor, Ct. 06074 Dear Sir: Re: Application No. 1310-?9 Your application tot he South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 4.4. 7, Section 4.5, to allow a sign larger than permitted and also on the roof of a building located on premises known as 740 Sullivan Avenue, GC Zone, has been granted. Said sign shall be approximately 3' x 4_1/2' , double faced, internally lighted with a timer that will turn it off by 10 p. m. , and will say "Grace Realty, Residential, Commercial and Industrial property". The Board feels a- sign is necessary to advertise the location of this business, and noted that this location has been previ- ously commercial with established signs.
