Windsor, Ct. 016074 _ Dear Mr. & Mrs. Abell: Re: Application No. 1309-79 Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 5.2, Section 5, to allow construction closer to the sideline than permitted on premises known as 40 Judy Lane, in an A-20 zone, has been granted. The variance will be for 5 feet on the sideline, in order to allow construction of a two-car garage and breezeway, to house two of the five cars currently parked on the property. The Board felt granting this variance is not inconsistent with the neighborhood and is necessary due to the unusual placement of the house on the lot and the irregular shape of the lot and adjoining lot. It was noted that the house next door is a considerable distance from the property line. This action is effective May 16th, and upon filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office.
