Sharp Sudden Service Corp. 850 Sullivan Avenue So, Windsor, Ct. 06074 Dear Sir: Re: App. No. 1305-79 Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 4.5.4.4 and 4.4.7, Section 4.5, to permit a sign larger than permitted on premises known as 850 Sullivan Avenue, in a GC Zone, has been granted. Said sign shall be in accordance with the sketch submitted with the application, and if the sign is illuminated, there shall be a timer on it to turn it off after business hours. The Board noted that although the sign measures 4 f t. by 2010 that the effective sign area is substantially less since a portion of the 80 sq. f t. could be considered supporting structure, and that the sign will not rise more than four or five feet from the ground.
