Windsor, Conn. 06074 Gentlemen: Re: Application No. 1301-79 The above application to the Zoning Board of Appeals requesting 'a variance of Article 4.4.7, Section 4.5.4.4 to allow a second sign larger than permitted on premises known as 73 John Fitch Boulevard in a GC Zone, has been granted. The Board felt the sign was necessary to identify the property due to the way it is set back, the position of the adjoining business, and the high rate of speed with which traffic moves on Route 5, Said sign will be 6 x 12 feet, externally lighted, double faced using the existing frame work on the premises, and in accordance with the sketch submitted with this application.
