Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
requesting a variance of Article 5.29 Section 5, to allow
construction in front of the building line on premises known
as 53 Meadow Road, Zone A-20, has been approved. Said variance
will be for 3' on the front building line and will permit the
. construction of a garage with an overhang. The Board agreed
the proposed garage was esthetically pleasing and noted that
adjoining neighbors do not object to the variance.
This action is effective October 18, 1978, and upon filing
