This approval is subject to the Zoning Board of Appeals granting a variance for the less than required frontage on Felt Road and the less than required side yard requirement for the abutting property. 2. Any dwelling on this lot shall be connected to the Town of South Windsor Sanitary Sewer System, subject to approval of the Town of South Windsor Sewer Commission. 3: A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $50. shall be submitted. 4. Prior to the building of a structure on this lot, the location of the proposed dwelling and the location of the driveway shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for approval. 5. A 24" x 36" black and transparent map, printed on polyester film, and three paper prints of this subdivision shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission to be stamped and signed. This letter of approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission and the letter of approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be reproduced as part of the final plans. A filing fee in the amount of $8.00 shall be submitted prior to this map being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of South Windsor.
